What we
hold
And what we never touch.
Collected
What we hold
- Email — so the verdict reaches you.
- Discord handle — so the board can name you.
- Submission links — the video and repo you submit.
- Payment records — via Stripe, so the books balance.
Published
What goes on the board
- Your Discord handle.
- Your idea title.
- The verdict — make or break.
- The scorecard, with the panel's notes.
Your email never appears on the board. Neither does your payment method.
Never
What we don't hold
- API keys.
- Connector credentials.
- Card numbers.
Your connector's keys and credentials stay in your room. We never see them. Stripe handles the card — we never see the full number.
Processors
Who touches what
Stripe
Payments. We see the receipt. Stripe sees the card.
Discord
The server, rooms, and votes. Discord sees your handle and messages.
Supabase
The database. Holds your email, handle, submission links, and scorecards.
Retention
How long we keep it
- Scorecards and board rows — forever. They're the public record.
- Submission links — as long as the board row exists.
- Email and handle — until you ask us to delete them.
- Payment records — as long as accounting law requires. That's not our choice.
Deletion
What you can erase
1. Email [TO FILL] with "delete" in the subject line.
2. We confirm what goes and what stays.
3. It's gone.
Scorecards and board rows stay. They're the record. Payment records stay. The law decides that one.
